Structure principle
Feeding mechanism:
Two sizes of gate valves are used to control coarse, slow and fine feeding.
Weighing frame:
The weighing frame is connected with the sensor to transmit the weight signal of the material to the electrical box, which controls the operation of the whole machine.
The electric car is driven by the motor to run back and forth on the track to transport the finished products. The start and stop of the car is manually operated, and the final stop position is determined by two limit switches.
Electrical box
The external signal and sensor signal are transmitted to the electric box, and the electric box controls the start and stop of feeding, the rise and fall of the cylinder, and the operation of the conveying car through the programmed program.
