Equipment introduction:
The automatic heavy bag packing and palletizing assembly line is composed of automatic weighing and packing machine, automatic bag loading machine, automatic sewing and sealing machine, weight detection machine and automatic palletizing machine. The whole production line can realize the automatic weighing, packaging and palletizing of bulk materials. Packaging speed can reach 600 bags / hour (25kg / bag, PP, kraft paper bag).
Production process:
Automatic bagging → material weighing → filling materials → automatic sewing machine → conveying → robot palletizing.
